Medications for Opiate Use Disorder
Patients will be administered a daily dose of medication for their Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), comprising either methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone), or monthly Vivitrol or Sublocade. All treatments involving medication will be accompanied by counseling and additional services in order to aid in attaining sobriety.
Primary Care
JHC patients will have access to a wide range of professional primary care services, including episodic/acute visits, chronic disease management, and preventative care.
Shuttle Transportation Services
JHC is pleased to offer shuttle service for patients residing in Jefferson or Clallam Counties who require transportation options to and from our clinic. If you require transportation for your clinic visits, kindly contact the main clinic number and request to speak with the transportation scheduler. Dental Care
Patients will have access to a range of evidence-based dental services on-site to effectively address various dental concerns.
Individual & Group Mental/Behavioral Health & Substance Abuse Disorder Counseling
Our counseling services offer both individual and group sessions for substance use disorders, as well as behavioral health counseling. Onsite psychiatric evaluations and medication management may also be available, or we may work in collaboration with other mental health facilities.
Case Management
Our nurse case manager is dedicated to empowering patients by assisting them in managing their chronic health conditions, coordinating access to community resources, and ensuring those with complex care needs are supported.
Child Care Services
Patients will receive complimentary child care services for a maximum of three (3) hours per weekday while they are undergoing treatment on-site.
